Video evidence arrives already recompressed. And there's no way to verify it.

Dashcam footage of collisions, theft recordings, body-cam video: today all of it can be edited so convincingly that the eye can't tell. Insurers pay out on such footage, and courts can't confirm it wasn't altered.

Most of this video reaches insurers and courts after WhatsApp, YouTube or email. By then the original file details are usually gone.

File metadata is easy to strip or forge. Our signature is part of the picture itself, added in the camera's video pipeline before the file is saved. We don't make cameras. We license the technology to the companies that do.
